To return any item, please contact us at myeasyketocookbook@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return and we’ll be more than happy to provide you with the necessary steps.
The book must be returned in an unused condition, and be appropriate for sale.
We may ask you to securely pack and seal the merchandise in an appropriate shipping box along with a copy of your order details.
Once we have your returns, and we have confirmed their condition, your refund will be processed via the payment method you used to order (e.g. your debit card or PayPal). This may take up to 10 working days. If you returned more than one item, these transactions may appear separately. Then we'll notify you via email, so you know the transaction has been processed.
Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
